Program Overview

This program provides the chance to gain initial experience across various finance functions, including financial management, tax strategy, and treasury operations. The first 18 months will focus on building a strong foundation across these areas, followed by specialization in an area of interest during the second 18 months.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including global tax compliance.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and contribute to internal and external audit processes.
  • Support corporation tax and VAT return processes, as well as involvement in tax technology projects and advisory matters.
  • Contribute to local cash management and treasury activities, including settlements, cash analysis, and projections for stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Honours undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to represent the Finance department professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Commercial awareness and ambition to pursue a successful career in business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to assume additional responsibilities.
Location

The role is based in Dublin, with occasional international travel required.
