This is a highly specialized role that requires an experienced and skilled nurse to lead a team in delivering high-quality patient care coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing clinical services, driving the management of resources and activity within the clinical area, and contributing to the development of healthcare services.
- Must be a Registered General Nurse on the live register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years post-graduate acute care nursing experience is required.
- Flexibility and ability to meet the challenges of coordinating and delivering endoscopy/gastroenterology services are necessary.
- Management qualification or educational preparation to degree level is desirable.
- Proven leadership and change management skills are required.
- Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills are necessary.
- Ability to make decisions with excellent organizational skills is essential.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
