Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our healthcare team as a specialist.

About the Role:

This role involves providing direct patient care including administering medications, treatments and monitoring vital signs. The successful candidate will assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions, collaborating with doctors, healthcare professionals and families to ensure patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care through effective medication management, treatment administration, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions, identifying areas requiring intervention and developing appropriate care plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMBI registration is essential.
  • A minimum of 6 months recent clinical experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Up-to-date Mandatory training is mandatory.
  • Access to own transport is advantageous but not essential.
