Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure operations team, you will be responsible for end-to-end network support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end network support and maintenance services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation
  • Perform site surveys and wireless LAN site surveys
  • Provide on-site support for network devices and equipment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering and support
  • Expert-level knowledge of network protocols and architectures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
