Senior Development Infrastructure Engineer Job Description:

About the Role

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Infrastructure Engineer to join our infrastructure development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions and managing projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement storm and foul drainage networks for various applications
  • Use industry-standard software models, including Microdrainage, and have knowledge of flood risk assessments
  • Produce design drawings and reports, including 3D designs where applicable
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise CAD technicians to produce detail design drawings efficiently
  • Manage project correspondence and provide support on project information concerning costs and programme
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a strong potential for becoming a Chartered Engineer
  • Previous experience in a design role, specifically in Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems, Storm and foul gravity collection networks, and Water main distribution pipelines
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to integrate into an existing engineering team
  • Knowledge of drainage design software such as WinDes (Microdrainage)
