Job Summary:

The Rebate Process Manager is responsible for leading the settlement planning and execution process for Channel Management. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience with project management and distribution channel management.

The successful candidate will have a fundamental understanding of accounting principles and be able to troubleshoot issues related to rebate disputes and deductions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the receipt of POS/Inventory Data to Rebate Settlement/Payout for the EMEAi customer base (OEM + Distributor+ Retail).
  • Provide guidance and training to off-shore Rebate Analysts to ensure accurate and timely Rebate payments on verified criteria.
Requirements:
  • Ideally knowledge of Distribution Channel Management and Accounts Receivable
  • Fundamental awareness of accounting principles
  • Systems aptitude, with knowledge of Model N, Oracle & SAP desired.
