Job Title: Strategic Learning and Capability Development LeadRole Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead the development of our learning strategy and drive business transformation through capabilities enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with our business goals and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead the training workstream for audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and documentation compliance.
  3. Maintain and improve training SOPs, policies, and governance structures.
  4. Collaborate with functional leaders to proactively develop new competencies, enabling teams to adapt effectively to evolving business conditions.
