Digital Capability Strategist

About the Role:

The Digital Capability Strategist will oversee the development and implementation of digital capabilities in support of innovative medicine supply chains.

This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain networks, product launches, site selection, and lifecycle planning.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in developing high-performing teams and building effective partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Digital Capability Development for VCM
  • Govern the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to scaling, fostering business adoption
  • Drive adoption of simulation-enabled frameworks for efficient, clear decisions while ensuring governance, engagement, and sustained value
  • Architect an end-to-end supply chain data repository serving as a reference for strategic decision-making
