Job Responsibilities:

A Contract Administration Specialist is required to manage construction contracts and lead a team of surveyors.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience with a main contracting company in Ireland or the UK.

  • Prepare and submit valuations, applications for payment, and reconciliations.
  • Review and analyze contract documents.
  • Agree valuation dates with clients.
  • Prepare take-offs for estimating, procurement, and planning departments.
  • Prepare final accounts for completed sections of works.
  • Manage and coach surveyors, assistant surveyors, and junior surveyors.
Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience preferably with a main contractor.
  • Previous project experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
