A Contract Administration Specialist is required to manage construction contracts and lead a team of surveyors.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience with a main contracting company in Ireland or the UK.
- Prepare and submit valuations, applications for payment, and reconciliations.
- Review and analyze contract documents.
- Agree valuation dates with clients.
- Prepare take-offs for estimating, procurement, and planning departments.
- Prepare final accounts for completed sections of works.
- Manage and coach surveyors, assistant surveyors, and junior surveyors.
- 7+ years' experience preferably with a main contractor.
- Previous project experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
