Lead Veterinary Manager Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Veterinary Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure the smooth running of our clinic, and support staff in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the practice's operational performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and ensuring profitability.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle human resources tasks, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to promote high team morale.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
