Job Title: Practice Director

A Practice Director is sought after to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-established veterinary practice. This individual will ensure efficient workflow, provide exceptional client care, and manage the financial performance of the practice.



Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the veterinary practice.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and provide exceptional client care.
  • Manage the practice's financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and ensuring profitability.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle HR tasks, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to promote high team morale.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills, along with financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and managing a P&L. A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving practice efficiency is essential, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both the team and clients.
