As a seasoned medical operations professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the day-to-day activities of our veterinary hospitals. This pivotal role involves driving business results and fostering an engaging team environment.

About the Opportunity

In partnership with the chief of staff, the successful candidate will play a vital role in the hospital, overseeing operations to allow the medical team to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment, development, and training of associates
  • Evaluate and improve hospital processes, progress, and productivity
  • Train associates on best practices in pet health, wellness plans, and hospital services
  • Develop and implement operational strategies
  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, and associate continuing education needs

Requirements
  • Three years related experience required (healthcare, veterinary profession, service industry)

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving, conflict management, leadership, and analytical abilities.
