Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist with any queries or concerns.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

In order to excel in this position, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in operating a computerized till system, including barcode scanning and accurate cash handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
