Key Energy Leadership Role

This leadership position plays a vital role in the growth and development of our Energy team, with responsibilities spanning project management, environmental assessments, and preliminary design for renewable energy projects.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and reviewing technical reports to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Planning and overseeing design activities in close collaboration with project teams
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to the preparation of tenders and proposals
  • Providing line management and leadership to team members
  • Ensuring compliance with quality assurance systems, management procedures, and relevant health and safety legislation
  • Coordinating effectively with colleagues and other team members across disciplines

Key Qualifications:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering
  • A minimum of 12 years' post-graduate experience
  • Chartered Engineer status
  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in engaging with external stakeholders, clients and sub-contractors
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and an effective team player
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently

The ideal candidate will have experience in project managing the preliminary civil design of renewable energy projects and be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
