AWS Cloud Security Architect Role

  • Security solutions expert required to lead the design and implementation of security solutions across cloud infrastructure.
  • Subject matter expert in AWS IAM and Security Services best practices, ensuring alignment with business strategy and existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to designing and deploying security solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure architecture principles are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Security Solutions: Follow AWS Well-Architected Framework and ensure alignment with business strategy and existing systems.
  • IAM & Cloud Security Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in AWS IAM and Security Services best practices, identifying security gaps and implementing proactive improvements.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and teams, overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery and within scope.
  • Cloud Security Services Deployment & Support: Deploy AWS security services following Infrastructure as Code principles (CloudFormation) and support incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution.
