CPL is one of the most exciting scale-ups in the workflow automation space. We are looking for a German-speaking candidate to join our expanding DACH sales team based in Dublin, Ireland - hybrid.

This role offers an opportunity to prospect outbound leads and source new customer opportunities as a Business Development Representative. As one of the first touch points for our new customer prospects, you will have the chance to educate potential clients on how our software can make their business more efficient and effective.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and qualifying new customer leads and opportunities in your market/territory through a mix of email, prospecting, social selling, and other tools
  • Creating targeted prospect lists and personalizing outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect accounts
  • Continuing to build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge
  • Working with mentors to set goals for yourself and gain consideration for promotion

Your ideal profile includes:

  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Strong communication skills, including phone and written communication, as well as active listening
  • Coachability and a team player mentality
  • An eye for detail, a curious nature, and strong planning skills
  • A self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
