Job Overview

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain a high-performing Meat Department at all times.
  • Deliver excellent quality and products and services to customers.
  • Ensure retail cuts meet customer needs and maintain a high standard.
  • Drive sales by implementing Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining store standards daily.
  • Presentation of the department must be at its highest level.
  • Planograms should be correctly implemented.
  • Control stock rotation to ensure the quality and freshness of goods are maintained.
  • Manage waste and shrink in the department effectively.
  • Ongoing education and training enhance product knowledge.

  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.
