Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and motivated restaurant operations manager to join our dynamic team environment where guest satisfaction and service standards are key to success.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in the effective day-to-day running of the restaurant department.
  • Oversee food and beverage delivery to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Maximise sales opportunities and promote a strong selling culture within the team.
  • Maintain cleanliness, health and safety standards across all areas.
  • Assist with staff training, coaching and ongoing development.
  • Work with management to prepare rosters and manage payroll costs effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 23 years experience as a supervisor or senior assistant, ideally in a similar standard property.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
