We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful launch of our hotel, restaurants, and bars. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading on-property sales efforts and developing strategies to drive revenue across all market segments.

Main Objectives:
  1. Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to source, drive, and grow revenue across all segments
  2. Lead the sales team from recruitment through to team development, fostering a proactive and high-performing environment
  3. Establish close working relationships with regional and brand leads for Sales, Revenue, and Brand
  4. Provide local market knowledge to help us stay ahead of the competition
  5. Collaborate with key teams to share key information and insights and build strong relationships

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience in senior sales roles, preferably within the Irish market
  • Passionate about hotel sales and driven to achieve goals
  • Able to introduce structured ways of working into fast-paced environments
  • Strong team leadership skills with ability to manage and inspire others
  • Excellent relationship builder with confidence in working with other teams and leaders
