Retail Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Team Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of stock counters, ensuring the efficient delivery of the end-to-end stock taking service on client sites.

You will need to travel to different client sites each day and occasionally stay away from home. Shift lengths vary, and we require flexible availability.

Working Hours: Varied shift patterns AM and PM, Monday - Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7-day working pattern)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead a team of stock counters, ensuring they follow correct procedures and processes.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites.
  • Stock Counts: Complete accurate stock counts within given time frames.
  • Productivity: Monitor and improve team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Full Driving License: Required for frequent travel to client sites.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication with all levels of personnel.
  • Basic IT Skills: Proficient in using basic computer software.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to remain focused under pressure.
  • Time Management: Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
