Job Title:

A seasoned Project Commercial Manager is required to lead the commercial aspects of large-scale projects.

  • Tender Validation: Collaborate with Project Managers and Directors to validate tender submissions, ensuring financial compliance and timely project delivery.
  • Commercial Planning: Prepare and review project cash flow forecasts, CCS, and reports to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Site Management: Conduct site measures, manage contract costs, and ensure timely claim submission.
  • Client Relations: Manage client invoicing, payments, and correspondence to maintain strong relationships.
  • Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors in a fair and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Building Services.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with experience working on data centre/pharmaceutical projects advantageous.

Key Skills:

  • Quantity Surveying: Good knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical packages, including data centre and pharmaceutical facility management.
