Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project coordination and scheduling, with a preference for experience in digital planning software and Primavera P6. This role is fully remote (occasional travel to mainland European countries) and will involve supporting planning activities for data centre construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using digital planning software and Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with the project team to gather relevant data and input for scheduling purposes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress against the established schedule.
  • Contribute to the development of project coordination best practices for data centre construction projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project schedules and deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital planning software (preferred) and Primavera P6.
  • Understanding of construction project planning and scheduling principles on Data Centre projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Working closely with the project team to gather and analyse scheduling data.
  • Updating and maintaining project schedules using digital planning tools.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and addressing any scheduling conflicts.
  • Participating in project meetings to provide insights on project scheduling and progress.
