Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our Data Centre Fit Out projects in Europe.

  • Coordinate and monitor the construction process, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of project plans, working closely with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring effective financial control and reporting.
  • Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors, coordinating weekly progress meetings and workshops.
  • Ensure the quality of work by monitoring construction and coordinating with Projects Managers, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Construction Management or a similar field (Third-level qualification) is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Fit Out Contractor in Ireland is required.
  • Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €10M is necessary.
  • Background in commercial fit out/data centre fit out is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to meet deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentation skills.
