Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead a high-profile Data Centre project in Dublin.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of this project, working closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project goals, progress, and issues clearly to internal and external teams.
  • Support project planning, scope development, and budgeting to optimize performance.
  • Prepare accurate project reports and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to meet resource requirements and deadlines.
  • Monitor and track project performance for regular reporting cycles.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in Construction or Engineering (Trade or Degree background considered).
  • 8+ years of experience in construction management.
  • Experience in Data Centre construction is essential.
  • Must have worked with a leading Contractor in Ireland, Mainland Europe, or the UK.
  • Eligible to work in Europe.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
