Project Manager Role Overview

Our client is a leading specialist subcontractor and solutions provider within the critical power and data centre infrastructure sector.

They support clients across the UK & Europe, delivering high-quality, large-scale projects with a strong focus on technical expertise and client partnership.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background to join their team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex engineering projects from planning to final delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across critical projects.
  • Manage preconstruction, procurement, and execution with commercial focus.
  • Implement project controls and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
  • Ensure delivery on cost, schedule, and quality for major projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years' project management experience (energy, power, or data centre sector preferred).
  • Strong track record delivering complex engineering projects.
  • Leadership ability with proven client-facing experience.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and project management expertise.
  • Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder management ability.
