Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our medical device manufacturing team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating project status reports and maintaining risk and issue logs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

They will also act as a point of contact for external vendors and consultants, providing necessary data and documentation, and track and report project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.

The Project Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and compliance, to implement best practices, and stay informed about industry regulations related to medical device manufacturing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in sustainability, project coordination, or related areas (internships or academic projects are a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for team and external partner coordination
