We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project team in the medical device manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create project status reports and maintain accurate records of risks and issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations, utilizing knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external vendors and consultants, providing necessary information and documentation.
  • Track and report project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and compliance, to implement best practices.

Additional responsibilities include staying informed about emerging trends and regulatory requirements related to medical device manufacturing, as well as assisting with documentation and reporting for audits and submissions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sustainability, project coordination, or related areas (internships or academic projects are a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective team and external partner coordination.
