Project Coordinator Job Description

A project coordinator position is available in a dynamic environment. This role will involve supporting the project team, gathering and analyzing data, coordinating with external service providers, and ensuring that project deliverables and timelines are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating project status reports, maintaining risk and issue logs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations, acting as a point of contact for external vendors and consultants, tracking and reporting on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities, including creating project status reports and maintaining risk and issue logs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors and consultants.
  • Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science or engineering.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret various data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
