Job Summary

As a Contract and Commercial Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting senior management with analysis requests and strategic decision making by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of contract and commercial data within internal systems.

  • Sanctions screening and completion of associated questionnaires as required.
  • Maintenance of standard contract administration processes and responding to ad hoc analysis requests & contract queries.
  • Reviewing customer contracts and validating data on in-house system of record.
  • Identifying and facilitating the resolution of queries arising from contract reviews with relevant business teams.
  • Assisting with initiatives to improve contract data quality and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective contract administration processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract review and validation.
  • Identify areas for improvement in contract data quality and develop strategies to enhance it.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of standard contract administration processes and ability to interpret legal contracts.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Well-organized, structured, and methodological approach.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with senior management.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
