Reprio has partnered with a company who are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Insights Specialist to help strengthen data-centric decision-making across the organisation. This role requires a sharp thinker who can translate data into actionable insights and collaborate with stakeholders to support key business decisions.

You will work alongside other analysts and insight specialists to uncover important trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to performance improvements. Success in this role requires a mix of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to craft clear, compelling stories from data to influence decision-making at all levels. Proven expertise in strategy is a must for this.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver insights that support strategic planning, commercial operations, and performance managementTranslate complex data sets into clear, concise, and actionable insights through effective visualisation and storytellingWork closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities and provide insights that inform key initiativesContribute to a culture of curiosity, rigour, and forward-thinking analysis within the insights teamPromote the use of modern analytics and visualisation tools (. Power BI, Tableau) and best practicesTailor insights to different audiences, ensuring recommendations are clear and actionableSupport cross-functional teams in using data effectively to drive continuous improvementMonitor external market, customer, and competitor trends to help inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

Proven experience in a business insights, strategy, or analytics role - ideally within a fast-paced, complex environmentStrong technical skills in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation tools (. SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau)Solid understanding of statistical concepts and how to apply them to business challengesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insightsSkilled at data storytelling - combining visuals, narrative, and context to bring insights to lifeCommercially aware, with a good understanding of business operations, KPIs, and performance drivers
