Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

This role involves driving data-informed decisions to improve healthcare outcomes. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will work with complex datasets to uncover insights, identify operational and clinical challenges, and develop data-driven solutions that support strategic initiatives.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Analyzing diverse and complex data to identify opportunities and drive business decisions.
  2. Creating insightful reports that enable business leaders to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Business Partners to effectively gather requirements and ensure reports and dashboards meet customer expectations.

You will be responsible for tackling challenging and business-critical tasks, with opportunities to become a thought leader for the wider team. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday with standard working hours, with flexible work arrangements available.

This role requires proven experience in data analysis to develop business insight and strategy. You should have data manipulation and data transformation skills, as well as proficiency in SQL and scripting language - Python. Additionally, you should have proficiency with excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). Experience in tools such as Databricks, Airflow, GitHub, Snowflake, Azure cloud environment is also preferred.
