Job Opportunity: Investment Business Analyst

The role of the Investment Business Analyst is to drive efficiencies and streamline data integration, ensuring consistency across the team. This will involve leveraging tools such as Power BI to create dashboards that provide valuable insights.

\

The successful candidate will engage with product owners and end users to capture business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. They will also develop functional specifications, process mappings, and workflow diagrams to ensure clarity in system enhancements.

\

In addition, the candidate will collaborate with developers, testing teams, infrastructure specialists, and other business analysts to ensure smooth implementation of investment-related projects. They will support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution to maintain delivery quality.

\

The Investment Business Analyst will also provide insights into investment processes by leveraging financial data tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and SQL-based analysis. They will ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory policies in investment operations.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking/investment operations. They should have 6+ years of experience in financial services, including exposure to front office workflows. Proficiency in financial data platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters) and strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and Power BI are essential.

\

The ideal candidate will have analytical skills with troubleshooting abilities and strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels. They should be able to work independently and in teams to drive solutions.
