We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics professional to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

As a Data Analytics & Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring category performance, developing shopper activation and brand plans, and managing relationships with research agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering continuous insight through category performance monitoring and extracting insights from various sources.
  • Working closely with category and brand teams to ensure successful product launches into customers.
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with research agencies, from coding to data delivery and reporting.
  • Presenting insights, actions, and opportunities internally and externally to influence market performance.
  • Developing winning shopper marketing plans to drive product ROS and creating annual shopper marketing plans across all categories and channels.
  • Effectively managing budgets to maximize return on investment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in category management, shopper marketing, insights management, or consumer marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to create sales stories and identify opportunities and threats from market data.
  • Ability to manipulate data from Nielsen, Kantar, and Dunnhumby.
  • Demonstrable record of success in customer-facing roles and budget management.
