Job Title: Data Insights AnalystAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Insights Analyst. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' terms of use, and monitoring reports of abuse on the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system) such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content
  • Enforce clients' terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
  • Become knowledgeable about clients' products and community standards
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and develop scalable solutions to improve user experience
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
