Quality Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Professional to join our team in Dunboyne, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of manufactured parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspection and measurement activities using CMM equipment and other quality tools.
  • Develop and run CMM programs to ensure dimensional accuracy of manufactured parts.
  • Review engineering drawings and CAD models to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection reports.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to uphold quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Quality Engineer or Quality Technician role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Confidence with CMM programming and operation.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
