Job Title: Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

  • Job Description:
  • Manage the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring that all designated tasks are properly managed and controlled.
  • Develop and deliver commercial strategies in accordance with business requirements.
  • Main Duties:
  • Carry out quantity surveying duties, including measurement, procurement, cost monitoring, cost control, and reporting.
  • Maintain project variation folders and prepare internal subcontractor payment certificates.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the project team as needed.
  • Review and monitor project commercial plans.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree educated in quantity surveying with some postgraduate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of technical construction details.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Cubit and Buildsoft software (advantageous).
  • Attention to detail and strong team player skills.
