Senior Home Enteral Nutrition Specialist

This is a permanent, full-time Senior Dietetic Home Enteral Nutrition Post for Adults in Primary Care Services. The post will be based at Summerhill Primary Care Centre and will cover Dublin North City.
The successful candidate will provide senior level specialist dietetic support to patients who require enteral nutrition. This will involve assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing ongoing support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a strong understanding of current best practices in home enteral nutrition and be able to apply this knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing senior level specialist dietetic support to patients requiring enteral nutrition
- Assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans
- Providing ongoing support to patients and families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Registered Dietitian or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of current best practices in home enteral nutrition
