Logistics Operations Manager

This high-performing role supports global warehouse operations and maximizes asset lifecycle value and environmental sustainability for used electronics.
Main Responsibilities:- Leading a team of System Administrators and Data Stewards to ensure optimum output and adapt to shifting dynamics as the organization evolves.
- Ticket management, prioritization, tradeoffs, and stakeholder communications for system feature and data incidents, ensuring significant impacts are remedied and root causes addressed with service providers and internal software teams.
- Owning and regularly presenting metrics, findings, priorities, and communications to stakeholders and leadership to manage timelines and expectations.
- Conducting and coordinating system, data, and operation security audits to proactively identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
- Fostering collaboration, alignment, documentation, and communications to prepare systems and global operations for last-mile system changes.
The team maintains, continuously improves, and develops new features in warehouse management and allocation systems that process and monitor assets from arrival to departure through sales across five global facilities. The team ensures reliable and repeatable operational and asset safety, security, traceability, business value, and productivity are supported and reported through joint systems.
