  • 2–5 years' experience in a similar environment
  • Degree (Level 8 or higher) in Mechanical, Precision or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Strong technical drawing interpretation skills essential for effective communication
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D modelling software is critical for successful design
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills are vital for teamwork and stakeholder management
  • Proven problem-solving ability in a mechanical design context is essential
  • Account ownership and business development experience is an added advantage
