Finance Business Partner Role

This role plays a crucial part in the financial management of our Ireland business. As a Financial Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements for the legal entity.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and enforce adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory audit and internal audit.
- Oversee VAT preparation, review, and adherence to local legislation.
- Maintain accurate and timely reconciliations, trade reporting, and returns.
- Develop monthly management accounts in accordance with established guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure data accuracy and reliability, adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement to maximise efficiency and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Lead cashflow forecasting to maintain adequate liquidity for operational activities.
- A qualified accountant with several years' experience (ACA or equivalent).
- Strong academic record.
- Desirable: ERP Oracle experience.
- Demonstrable growth mindset, strong collaboration record.
- Strong sense of ownership, drive, and ability to deliver results.
