Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor

Role Summary:

We seek an accomplished construction professional to manage and oversee site operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise all site activities, maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with direct staff on-site, setting a high standard for quality workmanship and safety protocols.
  • Effectively manage subcontractors, aligning their efforts with project objectives.
  • Maintain robust health and safety standards, preventing workplace incidents and promoting a secure working environment.
  • Engage proactively with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and schedules closely, making swift decisions to address any operational challenges that arise.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Significant experience as a senior foreman or supervisor within residential or commercial construction environments.
  • A strong trade background (carpentry, bricklaying, or equivalent) with a deep understanding of construction methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, fostering a positive and productive working atmosphere.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the capacity to read and interpret technical drawings effectively.
  • Full driving license, essential for effective site management.
