Job Role: Residential Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced residential site supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction site.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety records.
  • Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality construction.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing construction sites.

You should have experience in supervising teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, you must also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
