Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice to customers on all product ranges available in a pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product information and advice to customers, consulting with the Managing Pharmacist when necessary.
  • Maintain good stock levels and ensure correct delivery details are followed.
  • Deliver professional and efficient customer service to enhance relationships with pharmacy customers.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues and adhere to security procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs provided by the pharmacy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Discretion when handling customer queries and confidentiality of customer/patient information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
