About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting activities associated with closing clients into our various commingled fund strategies. This includes working closely with investments, sales, marketing, compliance, legal / regulatory, tax, accounting, and custom solutions to ensure seamless processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client onboarding processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and efficient results.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners to stay informed about upcoming activity, clarify current statuses, monitor risks, and ensure engagement as schedules change.
  • Manage priorities across different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with planned timelines and goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of prioritizing multiple tasks, striving for decisions, and delivering consistent results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong work ethic, genuine passion for excellence, and constant improvement.
  • Excellent client service orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work across multiple teams and different levels of seniority, as well as independently as part of a team.
  • Experience with the full Microsoft suite, and proficiency with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Private market knowledge (highly preferred).
