We are on the hunt for a seasoned travel professional to fill the role of Hotel Sourcing Specialist.

The Role
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for streamlining hotel and ground transportation procurement processes for our clients.
  • You will analyze market trends, identify industry insights, and negotiate with hotels and transportation providers to secure optimal rates and contract terms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive market analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Sourced hotels and collect relevant market data from key destinations.
  • Negotiate with hotels and transportation providers to secure competitive rates, special concessions, and contract terms.
  • Analyze market conditions to secure the best possible outcomes for our airline and hotel partners.
  • Prepare high-quality destination presentations that demonstrate value and meet revenue goals within established deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
