Leadership and Team Development Specialist

We are seeking a Leadership and Team Development Specialist to partner with our Store Manager in driving store success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team.

  • Drive training and development, empowering your team to excel.
  • Communicate clearly and transparently, ensuring alignment across the team.
  • Maintain product knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
Operational Excellence:
  • Assist with smooth day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Prioritize health and safety, conducting regular risk assessments and ensuring a secure environment.
  • Recruit and retain top talent to build a strong and motivated team.
Sales and Performance:
  • Support meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track and sustain store success.
  • Oversee stock levels, ensuring smooth replenishment and accurate delivery management.
  • Implement proactive loss prevention strategies to protect profitability.
Culture and Community:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every opportunity.
  • Address customer feedback promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • Build meaningful connections with your local community, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

This is a mid-senior level full-time role within Sales and Business Development. You will be working closely with the Store Manager to drive store success, leading a motivated team to deliver outstanding experiences.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail, have a proven track record in leadership and communication, and be results-driven with a focus on achieving goals.
