About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bar Staff member to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Verify identification and age requirements of customers
  • Mix traditional and creative cocktails
  • Process payment from customers
  • Clean glasses and bar utensils
  • Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
  • Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
  • Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
  • Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Requirements
  • Working experience as a Bartender
  • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Preferred Criteria
  • Excellent communication skills
