Data Privacy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Health Data Analyst to join our team in Galway. As a Health Data Analyst, you will process and analyze large health-related datasets, contributing to the preparation of reports and working on various projects related to data privacy.
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze large health-related datasets using expertise in data manipulation, integration, and interrogation.
- Develop skills in applying scientific methods to practical problems through experimental design, exploratory data analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, with strong communication and time management skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and contribute to expanding knowledge base through initiative and self-directed learning.
Key Skills
- Expertise in R, Python, or SQL programming languages with strong coding skills and annotation protocols.
- Excellent communication and client-liaison skills with meticulous attention to detail in report production.
- A good understanding of statistical probability distributions, bias, error, and power, as well as sampling and resampling methods.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services cloud-based storage and computing facilities.
- Experience with data privacy regulations and de-identification techniques (desirable).
