Incoming Payments Administrator

As an Incoming Payments Administrator at Leinster Appointments, you will be responsible for processing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the Finance Team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and meet deadlines. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in finance process improvements projects and support audit-related activities as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming payments in a timely manner
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with the Finance Team and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in finance process improvements projects and support audit-related activities
Requirements:
- 3+ years previous Accounts Payable experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
- Experience with Dynamics 365 & Proactis is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
