The Graduate Talent and Development Executive will play a key role in supporting the firm's graduate programmes, including Trainee Lawyer, Summer Intern, Career First, and Legal Tech. This will involve assisting with recruitment, training, and event preparation, as well as coordinating university career fairs, liaising with student societies, and managing the graduate recruitment inbox.

Collaborating with Marketing Team
The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging social media content that showcases the firm's commitment to talent development and diversity. This will involve developing a content calendar, creating and scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.
